Complaints form for individuals

Introduction

The easiest way to submit your complaint is through this online form.

The form will automatically be submitted to the Office of the Service Police Complaints Commissioner.

Timeline

Once we receive your referral, you will receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days.

A decision on your referral will be communicated within 10 working days following receipt of the referral.
