This page provides guidance on how to submit a request to the SPCC under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, you have a right to request information from public authorities.
You should submit your request in writing to people-dpt-spcc-enquiries@mod.gov.uk.
The SPCC will aim to provide the requested information within 20 working days.
