Apply for a review
You can apply for a review if you are unhappy about the outcome of your complaint about a Service Police force, or about how your complaint has been handled.
If you would like to apply for a review, please complete the form below (Annex L), and send to people-dpt-spcc-enquiries@mod.gov.uk.
The Service Police Complaints Commissioner must be the relevant review body, defined in Regulation 2(5). If accepted by the Service Police Complaints Commissioner, you will be contacted by an independent SPCC investigator.
