Regulations
The Service Police (Complaints etc.) Regulations came into force on 19 June 2023. Complaints about matters which occurred on or after this date are handled by the statutory procedures set out in the Regulations and are overseen by the independent Service Police Complaints Commissioner.
The SPCC can only investigate matters which occurred on or after 19 June 2023.
